What is Rotary?
Rotary is a worldwide organisation of business and professional people united to provide humanitarian service, build goodwill and peace in the world, and promote high ethical standards. For more on Rotary see our Rotary International page.
Waikato Sunrise is Hamilton’s breakfast Rotary meeting
Starting each Friday with a breakfast meeting at the Ferrybank Lounge overlooking the beautiful Waikato River leaves everyone energised for the day ahead. Waikato Sunrise has a vibrant, youthful membership of men and women who focus on community contribution – locally, nationally and internationally – with a particular interest in youth development.
This website provides information on the range of projects we are involved with, the range of programmes Rotary runs and what becoming a member of Rotary means. Of course if you have any questions or would like to visit us as a guest please contact us.
Each year, Waikato Sunrise selects projects to support by funding sponsorships and donations, and providing active hands-on service.
