Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is Rotary’s leadership training program for young people, facilitated annually by Rotary Districts throughout the world.

District 9930′s RYLA programme (Central North Island) is carefully developed to explore many aspects of leadership using a mixture of interactive training workshops and physical activities. The programme is endorsed by the University of Waikato, which enhances its credibility for sponsors, employers and participants alike.
